Emrić: Parliamentary Assembly of BiH has authority over state property

SARAJEVO, 21 January (FENA) – The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled on January 22 to consider, in first reading, the Bill on State Property, submitted by MPs Jasmin Emrić, Šemsudin Mehmedović, Aida Baručija and Elvisa Hodžić. The Constitutional and Legal Committee of the House is expected to rule today on the law's compliance with the Constitution and the legal system of BiH, as well as on its underlying principles.
