BiH Court confirmed Grujić's first-instance verdict and sentenced him to six years in prison

SARAJEVO, January 10 (FENA) - The Council of the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued its second-instance verdict in the case of Rade Grujić, rejecting as unfounded the appeals from the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the defense counsel of the accused, and the appeal from the legal representative of the injured party A3. As a result, the first-instance verdict of the Court of BiH from February 29, 2024, has been confirmed.
