SARAJEVO, December 18 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina needs to adopt a new law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) and the law on courts, which is one of the conditions for opening membership negotiations with the European Union, said the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH, Luigi Soreca.
