SARAJEVO, December 3 (FENA) – The recent debate in the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska (RSNA) regarding the Investment-Development Bank of Republika Srpska (IRBRS) once again confirms the well-known fact that IRBRS is nothing more than a cash machine for the ruling oligarchy in Republika Srpska, stated today by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transparency International BiH, Srđan Blagovčanin, following the debate in the entity assembly.
