SARAJEVO, October 16 (FENA) - The statement by the president of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Milorad Dodik, that he will approve who will be a councilor representing the SNSD in Banja Luka completely calls into question the purpose of elections, stated Srđan Blagovčanin, President of the Management Board of Transparency International BiH, in an interview with FENA.
