Judicial Forum for BiH: Harmonized judicial practice key to combating organized crime

SARAJEVO, October 23 (FENA) - Harmonization of judicial practice is crucial for enhancing the judicial response to organized crime and corruption. While some judicial institutions have made significant progress in prosecuting these cases, others still need to improve their practices to ensure legal certainty, and equal treatment, and prevent impunity. This was emphasized at the opening of the 8th Judicial Forum for Bosnia and Herzegovina today in Sarajevo.
