Vukanović: Nešić's arrest shows that, at least to some extent, the rule of law is not fully dead

SARAJEVO, December 26 (FENA) - The arrest of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Security, Nenad Nešić, is an intriguing development that indicates the rule of law is not entirely defunct and shows some signs of life, Nebojša Vukanović, a member of the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska and leader of the Party for Justice and Order, told FENA.
