CC of BiH declares unconstitutional the law through which RS officials tried to secure immunity

SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) - In the case U-14/24, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina considered the request submitted by four delegates of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the constitutional review of Articles 3, 4, and 6 of the Law on Immunity of Republika Srpska ("Official Gazette of Republika Srpska").
