SARAJEVO, July 26 (FENA) - Unfortunately, the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are once again victims of ignorance, illiteracy, dilettantism and the complete degradation of the state by the SDA, said the president of the SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić on Thursday.
