SARAJEVO, August 28 (FENA) - The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nermin Nikšić said that it is difficult to find a solution for the normal functioning of the National and University Library of BiH (NUB BiH), especially in this balance of power.
