SARAJEVO, September 16 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Defense, Zukan Helez, stated that the Council of Ministers' Collegium removed the item on the appointment of a new SIPA director from the agenda, which was supposed to be voted on during today's session.
