SARAJEVO, July 25 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina has not submitted a final Reform Agenda to the European Commission yet. It is therefore highly likely that BiH will not receive already after summer the first unconditional installment of pre-financing in the amount of seven percent, which represents a missed opportunity for substantial early funding, stated the Delegation of the European Union in BiH.
