SARAJEVO, July 19 (FENA) - The High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt today expressed surprise that BiH missed the opportunity to receive 70 million euros from the EU Growth Plan but at the same time praised the intensive and detailed work of a large number of leading political actors in the state coalition to reach a solid and future-oriented program with the EU.
