BANJA LUKA, August 2 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of the entity of Republika Srpska will decide on the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the RS, which criminalizes defamation after an agreement was not reached today at a session of the Joint Commission of the National Assembly of the RS and the Council of Peoples of the RS for harmonization of laws, regulations and acts.
