BANJA LUKA, September 15 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of the entity of Republika Srpska will make substantive decisions within the next month regarding the request of the Bosniak Caucus in the RS Council of Peoples concerning the violation of vital national interest by the Law on Amendments to the Law on Referendum and Citizens’ Initiative and the Decision on Calling a Referendum.
