BANJA LUKA, October 3 (FENA) – The Council for the Protection of Vital National Interests of the RS Constitutional Court has decided that the RS National Assembly’s decision on the referendum and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Referendum and Citizens' Initiative do not violate the vital national interest of the Bosniak constituent people.
