SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) - The Office of the High Representative welcomes the adoption of a temporary measure by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which suspends the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices of the RS, as well as the Law on Amendments to the Law on RS Administration until the final decision of the Court in this matter.
The OHR welcomes the adoption of the interim measure of the BiH Constitutional Court putting out of force RS Law on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices as well as the RS Law on Amendments to the Law on the RS Administration until the Court adopts a final decision in the case.
"The adopted measure prevents serious, far-reaching and potentially irreparable damages that would ultimately put at risk the healthcare of citizens," stated the OHR.
