DF submits an initiative to FBiH Parliament regarding the appointment of judges to CC BiH

SARAJEVO, April 24 (FENA) - Chairman of the Democratic Front Club in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mahir Mešalić, on behalf of that club, submitted an initiative to the FBiH Parliament to postpone the decision on the appointment of the missing judge to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina until the Opinion of the Venice Commission at the plenary session, which will be held on June 21 and 22 this year.
