SARAJEVO, April 23 (FENA) - In his capacity as the then Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić on March 15 of this year sent a request for an opinion to the Venice Commission on the method of electing judges to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and comparisons with the practice in the Council of Europe member states.
