ZENICA, April 14 (FENA) - Director of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital, Rasim Skomorac said today that all the necessary measures have been undertaken after it was confirmed that a doctor at the Radiology Department was positive for coronavirus.
"We have identified all her contacts while on the job and these persons are in the process of testing. The swabs were taken and all those exposed to the potential infection would be tested," Skomorac added.
He confirmed that this would create some difficulty in the functioning of the department as only four radiologists are available by the time the test results arrive, and this may affect to some extent the provision of services in the regular activities.
"After the test results arrive, we will see what to d next and hopefully we will not have the spread of the infection," concluded the Director of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital, Rasim Skomorac.
