SARAJEVO, April 3 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović spoke today with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
In a telephone conversation, the two officials exchanged information about the current situation in the two countries and the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
Chairman Džaferović informed President Aliyev about the needs of Bosnia and Herzegovina for protective medical equipment and procurement of ventilators, which are currently difficult to find on the world market.
President Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan would support Bosnia and Herzegovina in every segment, emphasizing the friendly relations between the two countries.
President Aliyev informed Chairman Džaferović that he has accepted the invitation he received earlier this year to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina and will do so immediately after the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic ends, the BiH Presidency stated.
