China's UN SC representative: Bonn Powers and HR Office mandate should not be extended

NEW YORK, October 30 (FENA) - Deputy Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations (UN) Sun Lei said that the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bonn Powers should not be permanent arrangements, stressing that the international community should allow the country's citizens to make independent decisions on state matters and their own future.
