Nebenzya at UN SC: OHR should be shut down, Dayton PA remains basis for BiH's constitutional order

NEW YORK, October 30 (FENA) - Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said at today's UN Security Council meeting that Russia believes the Office of the High Representative (OHR) should be closed as soon as possible and the post of High Representative abolished without additional conditions, arguing that its presence is incompatible with the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
