BANJA LUKA, October 4 (FENA) – President of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jovan Kalaba said this morning in Banja Luka that the first elections in BiH to use new technologies were proceeding largely according to plan, with minor initial problems that, as he said, were quickly resolved.
