SARAJEVO, October 4 (FENA) – Representatives of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly election observation mission said that Bosnia and Herzegovina's general elections were proceeding peacefully and without significant difficulties so far, stressing that final findings on the election process would be presented after reports from the field have been collected.
