SARAJEVO, September 14 (FENA) – Strengthening the capacity of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s institutions for crisis communication, particularly in situations when information is incomplete, time is limited and public pressure is high, is the focus of the third public relations course being held from September 14 to 18 as part of NATO’s Defence Capacity Building (DCB) package for BiH.
