SARAJEVO, September 3 (FENA) – Free and fair elections are the foundation of every democracy. Citizens have the right to elections in which their political will is respected and every vote is protected. The basic principle that every vote must be counted as it was cast should not be viewed merely as an electoral goal to strive for. It is a fundamental democratic norm, Acting High Representative Louis Crishock wrote in his Op-Ed today.
