RS Constitutional Court upholds Bosniak challenge to Cemetery Law, rejects Criminal Code challenge

BANJA LUKA, August 19 (FENA) – The Council for the Protection of Vital National Interest of the Republika Srpska Constitutional Court ruled today that a provision referring to the ''feelings of the Serb people'' in amendments to the Law on Cemeteries and Funeral Activities violated the vital national interest of Bosniaks, while rejecting a related request concerning amendments to the RS Criminal Code.
