BANJA LUKA, August 27 (FENA) – Legal expert Milan Blagojević says that, from a constitutional and legal perspective, Savo Minić is not the designate for forming a new government of the entity of Republika Srpska, since that status can only be held by a person proposed in that capacity by the president of the RS.
