SARAJEVO, August 17 (FENA) – The withdrawal of Glovo from Bosnia and Herzegovina has raised questions about whether the domestic app-based delivery market can sustain major international platforms in the long term. Data collected by FENA show that the issue is not simply the size of the market. The sector is growing and several domestic and local platforms operate in the country. Still, institutions cannot accurately determine its value, the number of market participants or their market shares. At the same time, there is no reliable data on the actual number of delivery workers, whose employment status remains insufficiently regulated.
