MOSCOW, July 13 (FENA) – The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that Louis J. Crishock, who was appointed Acting High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina following the departure of Christian Schmidt, cannot exercise the powers provided for under the Dayton Peace Agreement because, it argues, the position is not envisaged by the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
