SARAJEVO, September 1 (FENA) – The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted on Monday, at an extraordinary telephone session, a Decision to reallocate 4 million KM from the budget of the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH to the budget of the BiH Return Fund, intended to implement projects aimed at exercising rights under Annex VII of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
