SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) – International law and institutions will not protect vulnerable communities without strong public pressure on political leaders, Dr. Omar Suleiman, a prominent American Islamic scholar, imam, author and human rights advocate, told FENA, warning that people in Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Palestine have all asked where the world was while they were being killed.
