SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) – Ten individuals indicted for genocide and other crimes committed in Srebrenica in July 1995 remain beyond the reach of Bosnia and Herzegovina's judiciary despite arrest warrants issued for them, while Serbian judicial authorities continue to ignore those warrants. Experts say the lack of political will in Serbia is preventing their prosecution.
