SARAJEVO, July 8 (FENA) – Mirsad Tokača, director of the Research and Documentation Center (IDC), was detained today at the police station in Rogatica and the reason was his displaying the flag of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina on his vehicle's antenna.
