Fyfe: Srebrenica an example of the international law’s delayed and insufficient response

SARAJEVO, July 5 (FENA) – International law has a very limited capacity to prevent mass atrocities, and Srebrenica is a clear example that legal mechanisms can come too little and too late, said Professor Shannon Fyfe of the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia.
