BiH Constitutional Court rules Schmidt’s Criminal Code amendments constitutional in Dodik case

SARAJEVO, July 3 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ruled on a request submitted by 32 deputies of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska for a review of the constitutionality of a provision of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposed by Christian Schmidt, under which Milorad Dodik was convicted. The highest judicial authority in the country determined that everything is in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
