SARAJEVO, April 22 (FENA) – BiH Minister of Justice Davor Bunoza said after today’s session of the Council of Ministers that he believes many people fear the Law on the Seizure and Management of Assets Acquired Through Criminal Activity because it stipulates that assets can be confiscated during and even before court proceedings if there is clear evidence they were obtained through criminal acts—even from those who have fled BiH or were acquitted due to the statute of limitations.
