Duraković: RS govt.'s attempt to challenge genocide denial ban an attack on BiH constitutional order

SARAJEVO, April 21 (FENA) – The attempt by the Government of the entity of Republika Srpska to challenge the ban on genocide denial represents a direct attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on truth, justice, and the dignity of victims, said the RS Vice President Ćamil Duraković in a statement for FENA, commenting on the announcement by the RS Government that it will initiate amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH to abolish the provision banning genocide denial and the glorification of war criminals.
