Mostar to host mine awareness event marking International Mine Action Day

SARAJEVO, April 8 (FENA) – An event aimed at raising awareness of the dangers of landmines and unexploded ordnance left over from the war, as well as promoting mine action activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be held in Mostar tomorrow, marking April 4 – the International Day for Mine Awareness, proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in 2005.
