Rising online fraud prompts increase in consumer complaints in Bosnia and Herzegovina

MOSTAR, March 29 (FENA) – The Consumer Protection Ombudsman in Bosnia and Herzegovina has recently seen a growing number of complaints from citizens related to online shopping and internet fraud.
