SARAJEVO, February 25 (FENA) – The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted today, at the proposal of the Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH, Edin Forto, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Communications, introducing mandatory registration of users of prepaid mobile telecommunications services.
