Public funding of political parties does not increase women’s participation in BiH politics

SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) – Transparency International in BiH (TI BiH) organized a roundtable today in Sarajevo on the gender aspects of political party financing, during which representatives of institutions at all levels of government in BiH were presented with an Analysis showing that current public budget financing of political parties does not contribute to greater participation of women or youth in political life in BiH.
