SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) – The Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Center for Governance Studies presented today in Sarajevo the Roadmap and Action Plan for “Chapter 23B – Fundamental Rights” under Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the European Union, stressing that the key challenge in the field of human rights remains the consistent implementation of existing laws and the strengthening of institutional capacities.
