BANJA LUKA, February 9 (FENA) – Milorad Dodik, president of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), said today that the party leadership will soon propose to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska the restoration of all powers stemming from the original Dayton Peace Agreement.
