SARAJEVO, January 22 (FENA) – Although the campaign for the upcoming general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina has not officially begun, an increased number of cases of what can be described as hate speech has already been recorded, along with a rise in the number of online portals operating without any basic information: the names of those who edit and publish content, without a named editor, and without any contact details. FENA’s interlocutors spoke on this topic and put forward several proposals to address the problem.
