SARAJEVO, January 8 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has emphasized that marking January 9 as "Day of RS" does not reflect a collective and shared memory in a multi-ethnic society and has a discriminatory character, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) stated in response to the announced and ongoing observance of the day, which the Constitutional Court of BiH has declared unconstitutional.
