Bećirović on BiH CC decision annulling RSNA conclusions – A major legal victory for the state

SARAJEVO, November 30 (FENA) – Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović stated that the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which declared unconstitutional and nullified the conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska regarding the Central Election Commission’s decision to terminate Milorad Dodik’s mandate as president of the entity of Republika Srpska, represents a major legal victory for BiH and sends a strong message that the entities have no right to self-determination, self-organization, or territorial secession.
