Banja Luka District Commercial Court rules in favor of BHRT in RTV licence fee dispute

SARAJEVO, December 31 (FENA) - The District Commercial Court in Banja Luka has delivered a ruling partially upholding the lawsuit filed by the Radiotelevision of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) against the Radio and Television of Republika Srpska (RTRS) in a dispute concerning the distribution of the RTV licence fee collected in the territory of Republika Srpska.
