CEC BiH data raise new suspicions: At some polling stations one voter cast a ballot every 53 seconds

SARAJEVO, December 18 (FENA) – Reported voter turnout at two polling stations in Zvornik (Karakaj D and Tabanci) was so high that, according to the data, one voter would have cast a ballot every 53 seconds between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. According to official results, Siniša Karan won around 80 percent of the votes at both polling stations, Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) announced.
